Po ciężkim treningu biegowym potrzebujesz jak najszybciej uzupełnić glikogen w mięśniach, a także zapewnić sobie białko niezbędne do regeneracji mięśni. Wykonanie:
Kawałki kurczaka natrzyj 2 ząbkami czosnku (wyciśniętymi), posól, popieprz i polej 3 łyżkami oliwy. Odstaw na minimum godzinę.
Na oleju zeszklij 1 pokrojoną drobno cebulę, dodaj marchew pokrojoną w cienkie plasterki lub podłużne małe kawałki. Dodaj garść pokrojonego selera (najlepiej pokrój go w wąskie paski). Posól i popieprz warzywa do smaku.
Kawałki kurczaka wrzuć na czystą patelnię i podsmaż chwilę z kazdej strony. Następnie przełóż do dużego garnka. Dodaj podsmażone warzywa i pomidory z puszki. Dolej trochę wody, tak aby zawartość garnka była prawie przykryta. Dodaj jeszcze 2 wyciśniete ząbki czosnku i ok. 1 łyżeczki oregano do smaku. Duś przez pół godziny do 40 minut na małym ogniu.
Podawaj z ryżem pełnoziarnistym, ryżem basmati lub z makaronem.
Do tej potrawy doskonale pasuje miks sałat z sosem vinegrette, brokuły na parze posypane ziarnami słonecznika lub kalafior.
