Jeśli Twoim problemem jest brak czasu na gotowanie skomplikowanych obiadów, a mimo to chcesz zdrowo i smacznie się odżywiać zanotuj sobie ten przepis. Jest zaskakująco prosty w wykonaniu, a efekt może zaskoczyć. Ten pożywny posiłek zawiera też wszystko czego potrzeba aktywnej osobie - weglowodany, białko i tłuszcze. UWAGA - warto przyprawić (zamarynować) polędwiczkę wcześniej np. rano - zajmuje to maksymalnie 5 minut!
Składniki (3-4 porcje):
- 1 polędwiczka wieprzowa
- około 20 pomidorków koktajlowych
- 4 garście szpinaku baby w listkach
- 4-5 ząbków czosnku
- 6 łyżeczek musztardy sarepskiej
- oliwa z oliwek
- czubryca zielona (1-2 łyżeczki lub inna mieszanka przypraw w stylu włoskim)
- sól, pieprz (może być cytrynowy lub kolorowy)
- ser grana padano - starty do posypania
- pół (lub trochę więcej) opakowania spaghetti (tu lekko pikantne czerwone z chili)
Wykonanie:
Zaczynamy od przygotowania polędwicy - kroimy ją w plasterki/ nieduże kawałki i wkładamy do miski. Posypujemy solą, dodajemy musztardę, sprasowany czasnek, czubrycę oraz oliwę - tak aby po wymieszaniu wszystkie kawałki polędwiczki były obtoczone w tym sosie. Wstawiamy do lodówki na kilka godzin.
Kiedy już zgłodniejemy wstawiamy wodę na makaron i zabieramy się przygotowania sosu. Na sporą patelnie wlewamy trochę oliwy z oliwek a następnie przekładamy zawartość przygotowanej miski na rozgrzaną już patelnię. Podgrzewamy na niewielkim ogniu mieszając. Dodajemy szpinak w liściach i mieszamy. Pomidorki kroimy na pół i dodajemy na patalnię. Ponownie mieszamy i podgrzewamy dopóki polędwica nie przestanie być surowa (około 10 - 15 minut). Dodajemy pieprz do smaku. Gotowe!
Na patelnię z "sosem" przerzucamy makaron i wszystko mieszamy. Podajemy posypane serem grana padano. Smacznego!
