Pełnoziarnisty makron to doskonały wybór na pożywny obiad czy kolację! Znajdziemy w nim wiele cennych minerałów takich jak żelazo, miedź, fosfor czy mangan. Jest też błonnik, który może pomóc w oczyszczaniu organizmu, nabieraniu energii i sił do działania. Przedstawiamy przepis na makaron z kremowym sosem z bobem w roli głównej. Pamietajcie, że sezon na bób jest krótki zatem warto się pospieszyć!
Składniki na 2 porcje:
- 200 g makaronu pełnoziarnistego (np Lubella Pełne Ziarno)
- 300 g bobu
- 120 g boczku w kawałkach
- 100 g serka mascarpone
- 1 łyżka oleju rzepakowego
- szczypta pieprzu
- natka pietruszki do dekoracji
Przygotowanie:
- Makaron Lubella Pełne Ziarno Spaghetti gotujemy w osolonej wodzie według wskazówek na opakowaniu. Odcedzając, zostawić 1/2 szklanki wody.
- Ugotować bób, ostudzić i obrać.
- Na rozgrzanym oleju podsmażyć boczek, dodać ser mascarpone i podlać wodą z gotowania makaronu.
- Dodać bób, makaron Lubella Pełne Ziarno i gotować, aż sos lekko zgęstnieje.
- Doprawić szczyptą pieprzu.
- Przed podaniem posypać natką pietruszki.
