Jesień potrafi być piękna, co do tego nie ma chyba żadnych wątpliwości. Słoneczne dni i kolorowe liście na drzewach zachęcają do aktywności na świeżym powietrzu. Gorzej sprawa wygląda wtedy kiedy za oknami robi się ponuro, deszczowo a na parkowych ściekach dodatkowo ślisko. Jak biegać bezpiecznie żeby cieszyć się zdrowiem i aktywnością przez całą jesień? Trzymaj się tych 3 zasad a zimę powitasz w świetnej formie!
1. Ubieraj się odpowiednio!
Nie na darmo jest powiedzenie, że „nie ma złej pogody do biegania, są tylko le ubrani biegacze”.To prawda. Biegać można kiedy pada, wieje, kiedy jest przenikliwe zimno jak i upalą. Ale do każdych warunków pogodowych należy się odpowiednio ubrać. Jak się ubrać jesienią? Zawsze „na cebulkę”. Pierwszą warstwę odzieży na trening stanowić powinna zawsze bielizna termiczna czyli przylegająca do ciała koszulka z krótkim lub długim rękawem ( w chłodniejsze dni lepiej z długim). Ważne jednak aby przylegała ona do ciała jak „druga skóra”. Następnie zakładamy bluzę techniczną i jeśli jest chłodniej czy pada - kurtkę wiatrówkę do biegania. Nie zapomnij o czymś na głowę, jeśli tempaterxatura spada poniżej 10 stopni powinnaś mieć coś zasłaniającego uszy - może to być buff zwinięty w opaskę lub lekka biegowa czapka. Warto jednak chronić uszy ponieważ w przeciwnym razie łatwo się przeziębić. Jeśli jest znacznie zimniej przydatne będą rękawiczki. Jeśli chodzi o obuwie to nie musisz wcale mieć specjalnych butów z membraną - nawet jeśli przemoczysz nogi podczas biegania nic się nie powinno stać pod warunkiem, że zmienisz mokre obie i skarpety zaraz po treningu. To jest również kluczowy temat - jeśli nie wracasz biegiem do domu (a np. Autem) to zawsze miej przy sobie suche ubranie i buty do przebrania się. Zwykle nie choruje się „od biegania w zimnie” tylko z powodu wychłodzenia ciała po treningu. Współcześnie odzież do biegania jest naprawdę świetnej jakości i zapewnia dużą dozę komfortu. Warto umieć z tego korzystać.
2. Bądź widoczna!
Co roku z przerażeniem mijam biegaczy jadąc autem, biegaczy, których nie widać. Pamiętaj jesienią (i zimą), że kierowcy naprawdę mają ograniczoną widoczność. Jeśli do tego dołożymy fakt, że statystyczne co trzeci kierowca podczas jazdy korzysta ze smartfona (oczywiście, że nie powinno tak być, ale statystyki są nieubłagane) to możesz sobie wyobrazić na jakie niebezpieczeństwo się wystawiasz jeśli biegniesz np. nieoświetlonym poboczem bez odblasków i czołówki. Bądź jak „żarówka” albo jak choinka świąteczna. Im bardziej cię widać tym większe szanse, że nadjeżdżający samochód czy rower zobaczy Cię na tyle wcześnie żeby zdążyć wyhamować. Chodzi o twoje życie.
3. Dbaj o swój dobrostan!
Być może w trzecim punkcie spodziewałaś się porady w stylu dbaj o swoje bezpieczeństwo i nie biegaj sama po ciemku. Tak, to ważne - zawsze zwracam kobietom uwagę żeby miały przy sobie gaz pieprzowy, unikały odludnych miejsc i mówiły bliskim dokąd się wybierają. To elementarna zasada bezpieczeństwa bez względu na to czy chodzi o chodzenie czy bieganie. Jednak tym razem chciałabym zwrócić Twoja uwagę w innym kierunku. Jesienią zadbaj o swój dobrostan - o to, żeby się wysypiać, zdrowo odżywiać, otaczać ludźmi, którzy są ci przychylni, robić coś miłego dla siebie każdego dnia. Nie zapomnij o tym, żeby chwilę odpoczywać pomiędzy setkami zajęć, które masz każdego dnia. To bardzo ważne. W tym rozpędzonym świecie gdzie trzeba szybciej, mocniej, więcej czasem mniej znaczy lepiej. Nie namawiam Cię do rezygnowania z ambitnych celów treningowych jeśli masz takie, ale do tego abyś słychała swoich potrzeb i potrafiła czasem odpuścić w imię lepszego samopoczucia.
Biegaj zdrowo tej jesieni!
