W zeszłym roku brałam udział w biegu Ultraroztocze – na 115 kilometrów. Dobrze to wspominam, choć wiadomo – lekko nie było. Było jednak bardzo „klimatycznie”. Ultrajanosik jest organizowany przez tą samą ekipę więc zapisując się na ten big spodziewałam się, że co jak co, ale atmosfery raczej nie zabraknie... Miałam rację :)
Startować czy nie?
Jeśli masz podejście roszczeniowe i zapisując się na imprezę biegową wymagasz wypasionego pakietu startowego, wielkiego EXPO i obsługi w każdej materii to raczej nie będzie to miejsce dla Ciebie. Jeśli jednak cenisz sobie zaangażowanie organizatora, przyjacielską atmosferę luzu, spokój i piękno przyrody ponad organizacyjne fajerwerki – zapisz się, a będziesz zachwycona. Ultrajanosik to impreza z duszą. W tym roku odbywały się tu biegi na kilku dystansach.
My z Michałem zapisani byliśmy na Spiską Pętlę – 55 kilometrów. To dlatego, że kiedy się zapisywaliśmy był to najdłuższy dystans, na który były jeszcze miejsca. Chyba opatrzność nad nami czuwała, bo aż boję się pomyśleć co by było gdybyśmy tego dnia mieli pobiec więcej… Nie pamiętam kiedy ostatnio dostałam aż tak bardzo po tyłku. Ale po kolei…

Pakiety udało się sprawnie odebrać mimo, że moje zgłoszenie zaginęło w akcji :)
Na dobry początek mąła niespodzianka. Kiedy dotarliśmy do biura zawodów okazało się, że… w ogóle nie ma mnie na liście startowej (choć zapisywaliśmy się razem i to w lutym). Dziewczyny z biura stanęły jednak na głowie, żeby nadać mi numer i dopisać do listy. W ciagu dosłownie killku minut miałam imienny numer z uśmiechniętym słońcem wykaligrafowanym przez zaangażowaną wolontariuszkę z biura zawodów. Super – czyli jednak biegnę!

Zwarci i gotowi - "tylko" 55 kilometrów to jakoś damy radę...
Ruszamy!
Z lekkim nastawieniem pt. "jakoś damy radę" zjawiliśmy się w okolicach startu niespełna godzinę przed rozpoczeciem biegu. O tym, że nasze podejście było wyjątkowo lekkie świedczy też fakt, że ruszyliśmy na trasę z 1 bukłakiem na wodę (i dwoma małymi butelkami mineralnej, które upchnęliśmy do plecaka Michała zamiast zapomnianego bukłaka :)) Zaczęło się więc dobrze!
Pierwsza część trasy wiodła głównie pod górę. Były łąki gdzie doskwierał upał, błotniste ścieżki i przeprawa wpław przez strumień (gdzie zdejmowaliśmy buty mając w perspektywie jeszcze sporo kilometrów, ale byli tacy, którzy przebiegali przez tą wodę mocząc nogi po kolana).

Na pierwszym punkcie żywieniowym – Kacwin organizatorzy przygotowali mnóstwo przysmaków. Michał zjadł chyba za nas oboje, a ja jak zawsze skromnie, bo mój organizm ma problem z przyswajaniem pokarmu kiedy biegnę. Kilka chwil przerwy i napieramy dalej… Ciężko, coraz ciężej i to nie za sprawą braku kondycji, ale mięśni nóg, które mniej więcej od 18 kilometra coraz bardziej odmawiały mi posłuszeństwa.

Pierwszy punkt żywieniowy na naszej trasie
„Jak ta dżungla się skończy to na pewno będzie lepiej” (Michał) Na pewno! Nie było lepiej. Ani przed ”dżunglą” w postaci krzaków z błotem w lesie ani po niej. Było mega ciężko. Z każdym krokiem czułam coraz silniejszy ból i zastanawiałam się co się dzieje. Przecież to dopiero dwadzieścia kilometrów! Nie wiem co mi się stało – być może za mało wypiłam przed biegiem, bo wszystko wskazuje na to, że dość szybko się odwodniłam. A może jednak zabrakło długich wybiegań… Trening do triathlonu jednak różni się od treningu do ultra i może ta moja beztroska w podejściu do 55 kilometrów wcale nie wyszła mi na dobre! Zbiegi to była masakra aż do samego końca. Kilka razy się zatrzymywałam jęcząc, że „już nie mogę” a potem… napierałam dalej.

Było prawie pionowo
Jednak najgorsza była końcówka w dół. Palący ból mięśni ud nie pozwalał mi na normalny bieg. Miałam wrażenie, że lada moment te nogi się pode mną załamią i po prostu zostanę gdzieś przy ścieżce.
Była też radość :)

Gdyby Michał mnie nie motywował i nie „ciągnął” do mety to nie zmieścilibyśmy się w limicie czasu. Dotarliśmy na metę zaledwie 8 minut przed końcem oficjalnego czasu – byłam szczęśliwa, że się udało i pełna niedowierzania, że z tym bólem dotarłam jednak do końca.

Tak – pokora – słowo klucz. Jeśli planujesz pobiec więcej niż maraton to nigdy nie mów, że to „pikuś”. Ja przed tym startem zdecydowanie zbagatelizowałam ilość kilometrów - „Tylko 55… to jakoś damy radę” - tak myślałam. Przecież biegałam już dwa razy tyle… każdy bieg jest inny i naprawdę wszystko może się zdarzyć. Mam za sobą kilkanaście dystansów maratońskich i około-maratońskich, sporo biegów górskich, podczas których zdarzało mi się nawet walczyć o podium. A jednak – „tylko 55 kilometrów bez pośpiechu” również może okazać się niemałym wyzwaniem. Pisząc ten tekst 6 dni po tym biegu nadal czuję ból w udach.
