Dlatego tak ważne jest żeby dobrze zaplanować sobie jesienny trening, mierzyć siły na zamiary i zadbać o motywację.

Zrób plan
Konkretny plan treningowy daje dużą szansę na realizację założonych treningów. I nie chodzi wcale o to żeby trzymać się go w 100% choćby nie wiem co. Wiadomo, że może się zdarzyć słabszy dzień i wtedy lepiej zrobić delikatniejszy trening a trudniejszy przesunąć na następny raz. Może się zdarzyć, że coś Ci wypadnie etc. Jednak posiadanie planu do czegoś zobowiązuje i motywuje. Jeśli masz sprecyzowane zadanie do wykonania to jest większa szansa, że to zadanie wykonasz.
Mierz siły na zamiary
Dobry cel i konkretny plan to najlepszy sposób na motywację do regularnych treningów. Ważne jednak żeby dopasować to wszystko do reszty Twoich obowiązków i nie narzucić sobie zbyt dużego rygoru. W przeciwnym razie grozi Ci przemęczenie, wypalenie i frustracja. Nie obiecuj więc sobie, że od teraz będziesz biegać 5 razy w tygodniu, 3 razy chodzić na siłownię i dodatkowo na stretching. Przeanalizuj ile musisz trenować żeby osiągnąć swój cel, zerknij kiedy możesz znaleźć czas na treningi i dopasuj plan do swojego kalendarza (chyba, że masz tan komfortową sytuację, że jesteś w stanie dostosować wszystko inne do swojego sportowego tryby życia).
Trenuj rano
Jeśli tylko nie jesteś typem osoby, która prędzej przestawi 3 budziki niż wstanie po pierwszym dzwonku to możesz spróbować treningu rano. Dzieki temu masz większe sznase na reaizację założenia.
