Wakacje się skończyły lub dobiegają końca. Większość osób już wróciła z urlopów, szczególniej jeśli mają dzieci w wieku szkolnym. Wraz z rozpoczęciem roku szkolnego zaczyna się codzienna gonitwa z czasem, nowe zajęcia dodatkowe pociech i… dorosłych. Jak w tym całym życiowym zgiełku pozostać aktywnym i nie odpuścić sobie treningów? Jak utrzymać motywację na najwyższym poziomie? Jak nie dać się zmieniającej się i coraz częściej kapryśnej aurze i nie osiąść na kanapie?
Wyzwanie nie jest łatwe, bo zmęczony pracą i innymi obowiązkami człowiek łatwiej sobie odpuszcza, odkłada na później, przestawia budzik o kolejne drzemki i zostaje w domu zamiast iść na trening. Dlatego tak ważne jest żeby dobrze zaplanować sobie jesienny trening, mierzyć siły na zamiary i zadbać o motywację.
Miej cel
Bieganie bez konkretnego celu oczywiście jest fajne, ale jeśli nie wiesz do czego tak naprawdę dążysz to może nadejść moment kiedy sobie odpuścisz wyjście na trening ponieważ stwierdzisz, że „nic się nie stanie” jak sobie odpuścisz. Raz nic się oczywiście nie stanie, ale jeśli takie podejście zostanie z Tobą na dłużej to możesz się ocknąć za jakiś czas kompletnie bez formy i z nadwagą! Dlatego znajdź swój osobisty cel; najlepiej go sobie zapisz i przypominaj sobie o nim za każdym razem kiedy zaczniesz gubić motywację.
Zrób plan
Konkretny plan treningowy daje dużą szansę na realizację założonych treningów. I nie chodzi wcale o to żeby trzymać się go w 100% choćby nie wiem co. Wiadomo, że może się zdarzyć słabszy dzień i wtedy lepiej zrobić delikatniejszy trening a trudniejszy przesunąć na następny raz. Może się zdarzyć, że coś Ci wypadnie etc. Jednak posiadanie planu do czegoś zobowiązuje i motywuje. Jeśli masz sprecyzowane zadanie do wykonania to jest większa szansa, że to zadanie wykonasz.
Mierz siły na zamiary
Dobry cel i konkretny plan to najlepszy sposób na motywację do regularnych treningów. Ważne jednak żeby dopasować to wszystko do reszty Twoich obowiązków i nie narzucić sobie zbyt dużego rygoru. W przeciwnym razie grozi Ci przemęczenie, wypalenie i frustracja. Nie obiecuj więc sobie, że od teraz będziesz biegać 5 razy w tygodniu, 3 razy chodzić na siłownię i dodatkowo na stretching. Przeanalizuj ile musisz trenować żeby osiągnąć swój cel, zerknij kiedy możesz znaleźć czas na treningi i dopasuj plan do swojego kalendarza (chyba, że masz tan komfortową sytuację, że jesteś w stanie dostosować wszystko inne do swojego sportowego tryby życia).
Trenuj rano
Jeśli tylko nie jesteś typem osoby, która prędzej przestawi 3 budziki niż wstanie po pierwszym dzwonku to możesz spróbować treningu rano. Dzieki temu masz większe sznase na reaizację założenia. Później w ciągu dnia wiele rzeczy może się wydarzyć, które odwiodą Cię od wykonania treningowego zadania. Wykonując trening rano będziesz miała go "z głowy" zanim inne zajęcia pochłoną Cię bez reszty.
Wykorzystuj „dziury” w ciągu dnia na trening
Największą bolączką naszych czasów jest ciągła gonitwa i brak czasu na wszystko co byśmy chcieli zrobić. Praca, zajęcia dodatkowe dzieci i inne obowiązki potrafią skutecznie zająć całe dnie. I jak tu znaleźć czas na trening? Przejrzyj swój plan dnia i zobacz czy nie ma w nim niewykorzystanych godzin kiedy może przy odrobinie dyscypliny i organizacji dałoby się zrobić jakiś trening. Świetnym przykładem są właśnie zajęcia pozalekcyjne dzieci - czy to językowe czy sportowe często wymagają od nas zawiezienia pociechy i… bezsensownego czekania pod salą. A może przez taką godzinę mogłabyś pobiegać? Być może któryś z rodziców będzie na Ciebie dziwnie patrzyć, być może będziesz musiała przebrać się w toalecie, ale jeśli dzięki temu wciśniesz w swój zajęty grafik trening biegowy to chyba warto!
