To prawda, że tłusty czwartek jest jeden raz w roku, ale... zanim pochłoniesz kilka pączków w pracy, w domu czy po drodze dobrze to przekalkuluj... bowiem 1 pączek to około 380 kcal. Żeby tyle "spalić" musisz*:
49 minut truchtać bardzo powoli (ok 8min/km)
38 minut biegać powoli (ok 6,5min/km)
32 minuty biegać nieco szybciej (ok 5min/km)
24 minuty biec bardzo szybko (ok 4min/km)
To na ile pączków się zdecydujecie?
* Podane wartości są przybliżonym czasem spalenia 380 kcal przez kobietę o masie ciała 60kg. Lżejsze kobietki spalą w tym czasie mniej; cięższe panie trochę więcej.
